The challenge took place from May 22nd to 24th during which each team had 48 hours to read the brief and send their creative proposal.
The task was to develop a creative concept for one of the following categories: Employer Branding, Brand Activation, Service Design, Branded Content and Social Media: Instagram Storytelling.
Five finalist teams, one for each category, have been selected by an expert panel and presented their creative ideas during a final round planned on July 1st at 4.00 pm CEST, prior to the announcement of the winning team.

The idea was to create a series of sponsored posts leading to a landing page. On this page, visitors could write a personal weakness and vulnerability to print on an original Martini Fiero glass and send it to a friend. On receiving a box with the personalised glass and a bottle of Fiero & Tonic the recipient could scan a QR code to organise a time to share an aperitif online with their friend.

The creative teams of Reply's agencies - Avvio Reply, Bitmama, Open Reply, Triplesense Reply and Xister Reply – have laid down the challenge in collaboration with their partners, including Ducati Scrambler , FCA Digital Dealer, Martini, MSC and OBI.
If you think that Instagram is the perfect Social to express a brand character and lifestyle, this challenge is for you. This was the opportunity to create a compelling visual storytelling using all the possibilities offered by the channel.
Branded content is about finding new ways to connect with prospects, making an impact and conveying Brand values. This was the chance to create new sales triggers for the post-pandemic era, to reassure buyers and drive them to dealers.
Activate a brand means to bring it to life through experiences that create an emotional bond with costumers. It’s about generate awareness, increase engagement and start conversations with people. Brand activations are a very crucial part of building a positive perception of a brand. This can be done through digital content, in-store retail marketing, sponsorships, experiential events and product samplings.
Employer Branding is about the promotion of a company by the people who work for it. Whether that be through word of mouth, online or to customers. It should be well thought through and ultimately become a strategic, sustainable way to encourage employees to share brand values and messages in an organic way whilst making their working lives better.
Service Design is about innovative services, creative concepts and new customer experience interfaces within our whole OBI Ecosystem. By choosing this category you had the opportunity to design a completely new service or business model concept starting at the customer journey up to the final poof for a real case study given by OBI.
Reply invests heavily in the research of talent and continuous learning. These Challenges are part of the Reply’s ongoing efforts to promote coding to young people, businesses and geeks.
